Sales Policies

The following Promotions are currently in effect. Please submit your orders through your Sales Representative.

Conditions of Sale:

The minimum order for Toysmith product is $100.00 per shipping location.

• Freight: F.O.B. Auburn, Washington.
• Back Orders: Will be shipped at the same terms of original order.
  

Claims and Returns:

Upon receipt of shipment, if anything is missing or damaged, you must hold the packing material and carton until the freight claim is settled. Claims for concealed damage must be made to the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No claims for concealed shortages and/ or damages will be allowed unless reported to our office within 7 days of delivery. If your order was shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or truck, please notify their local office. If shipped Parcel Post, please notify your local office.

• MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS OUR OFFICE HAS GRANTED AUTHORIZATION.
• Returns cannot be authorized by our sales representatives.
• Custom products are non-returnable.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Promotions:

• Any order over $250.00 will receive free freight.
• Any order over $500.00 will receive net 60 terms.
• Any order over $1000.00 will receive net 60 terms and a 5% discount.
• Any order over $1500.00 will receive net 60 terms and a 7% discount.
• Any order over $2500.00 will receive net 90 terms and a 10% discount.
• When ordering your product, you may combine Toysmith and DaMert product to reach promotional minimums.
• When ordering your product, you cannot combine Garden at Home orders.
• Order must to be for one shipping location.
• Terms offered O.A.C. only.
• Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
• Free Freight applies to 48 contiguous states — All other points are F.O.B. Auburn, with a 7% freight allowance.
• All Toysmith display racks are shipped F.O.B. Auburn, WA. They are not subject to free freight or discount promotions.

Terms of Sale:

• Net terms are subject to credit approval and account must be current.
• All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month.
• Net terms may be revoke due to payment delinquency.
• Pricing and Promotions are subject to change without notice.
• Orders under 100.00 will incur a $10.00 service charge.
• All sales are final.
• No allowances deductible on past due invoices.
• It is not the policy to offer our products on Guaranteed Sale.
