International Terms and Conditions

Samples/Catalogs

• Catalogs will be sent at no charge, however, the freight fee will be charged to the customer's valid shipper number or credit card. Sample requests will be charged at the catalog price and can be processed on a credit card. Freight is charged to the customer.
  
  
• Freight charges for samples and catalogs will be charged on the customer’s shipper number or credit card. We must have customer’s valid shipper number or credit card number to process before samples are sent to you.

International Program

• Order  $250 Receive Free Freight to U.S. Consolidator
• Order $1000 Receive Free Freight to U.S. Consolidator + 5%  Discount
• Order $1500 Receive Free Freight to U.S. Consolidator + 7%  Discount
• Order $2500 Receive Free Freight to U.S. Consolidator + 10% Discount
  
  * Orders must be for one shipping destination within the U.S.
  * Terms offered On Approved Credit only.
  * Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

Orders

• Accepted payment methods for orders: Bank checks in U.S. Funds, MC/Visa, American Express, Letter of Credit, Wire Transfer of Funds.
• We require a 50% payment upon receipt of Proforma Invoice.
• Full payment is due before we ship the order from our warehouse or factories overseas, depending on order volume.
• The order will not be shipped until all funds have cleared our Bank. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for L/C to clear. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for a Wire Transfer or Bank Check to clear.

Special Quotes

If you would like us to quote on special projects (large quantities, CIF pricing, custom items), we can special quote based on your specific needs. Please e-mail details regarding the quantity, packaging, price point and delivery requirements. We will respond as quickly as possible with the best price based on your needs.
